Join us Sunday March 14th, 2010 for the 6th annual Silver Star 75 Team Challenge. Silver Star Nordic Club, the Vernon Winter Carnival and the Okanagan College Foundation/Nordic Racers Scholarship Fund welcome you to challenge yourself, become fit, raise funds for both the Foundation and the Silver Star Nordic Racing Team, and best of all – have fun!

There are big changes to this year’s Silver Star 7.5. First, you may notice 7 point 5 km instead of 75 km. Everyone will only ski 7.5 km maximum. Also new: a 2 km kids loop – we want everyone in the family to participate.

2. Best Dressed
3. Youngest Skier
4. Oldest Skier
5. Top Fundraiser

No timing, no results, mass start at 11:00 am

Event Goals:

1. Mass participation - get active, bring your friends and family, or just come yourself to ski and enjoy the event - you do not have to have a team

2. Fundraising for 2 great causes: Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation Okanagan College Foundation / Nordic Racers Scholarship Fund
